After I have promoted my work home job many of my friends and relatives have contacted me and asked for more questions. Well, it's good to note that they are starting to realize that there are a lot of job opportunities while they are seeing it very hard to apply for jobs.
Thousands of job search all over the Philippines were done by the government, yet only 10 percent have found jobs because most of the applicants in job fairs failed to meet the qualifications. In short, they don't qualify for the jobs available, especially in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Jobs of the 21st Century We are now in the 21st century and Filipinos should embrace the truth that we are more dependent on traditional jobs. The Philippines is a third-world country and we are far behind when it comes to development especially in technology. However, we can still cope up with the presence of the world-wide web. There are now a lot of work from home jobs now, yet only a few of Filipinos, even graduates could qualify because they are not taught in college with regards to these online jobs. How to work online for them is far fetched on their minds. How to work online with a foreign employer? 1. Enroll and learn fast - You need to enroll in online job skills training programs offered by veteran Online Filipino workers (OFW). Here, you will be equipped with the right knowledge what are the different tasks usually done by online workers. Be open minded person because all these courses involve in the training are not taught in traditional schools and universities. 2. Become an expert - When you enroll in online job skills training programs, you need to become an expert by constantly practicing what you've learned from classes online or video tutorials. Employers need experts in what they need done so don't be a lousy student. Focus on the tutorials how these online tasks are done properly. Remember that hands on tutorials are better than theories because you can easily understand. But you still need theories so learn both. 3. Apply for online jobs - Usually, the online courses professors will give you the legitimate websites to protect you from being scammed. Remember that are also a lot of online scammers and you need to be very careful when you apply for online jobs. Okay, you've learned a lot today.
